Aside: Singapore Moves To Protect Wildlife
I suspect that, when you think of Singapore, “wildlife” doesn’t immediately spring to mind. Yet it isn’t called the ‘Garden City’ for nothing.
OK at the macro level the wildlife population is, as you would expect, sadly depleted but with some 40+ parks and gardens there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy nature.
I was pleased to read this week that “Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS) has set aside S$1 million to protect and save Singapore’s native endangered species.”
